Product Description
The swirling separator is a cyclone separator with partial gas self-circulation. Its working principle is that the airflow containing particles enters the separator through the tangential inlet and rotates inside. The particles are thrown toward wall of the device under the centrifugal force of the gas flow rotation, so that the large particles are separated from the gas in the first stage; the smaller particles that is brought into the gas riser in the center of the separator by the gas flow are further separated by a special casing structure at the inlet of the gas riser, achieving second-stage separation; a very small amount of particles enters the gas riser and is thrown onto the wall of the riser by a high-speed swirling air flow to form a rotating updraft, and then returns to the bottom of the separation space through the ring gap and the outer circulation pipe on the top of the separator, completing the third-stage separation.
