Product Description
A high temperature heavy oil filter. Filtration material enters the filter from the inlet, and is filtered from the inside to the outside through the filter. The filtered material flows out of the filter outlet. The coke powder under filtration remains on the inner wall of the filter. When the amount of coke remaining on the filter reaches a certain amount, the device is enabled, and the spiral scraper is driven through the rotating shaft and rotates spirally from top to bottom, scraping the coke powder adhered to the inner wall of the filter net, which enters the cone section of the filter, and then open the bottom valve, the coke powder (including some oil) will be pumped out (screw pump) and sent away. The patented technology realizes the automated operation of filtering and coke discharging.
