Gas-liquid separation (cyclone)

The cyclone separator is a cyclone separator with partial gas self-circulation. Its working principle is that the gas flow containing particles enters the separator through the tangential inlet and rotates inside. The particles are thrown to the wall under the centrifugal force of the gas flow rotation, so that the large particles are separated from the gas in the first stage. The smaller particles brought into the lifting pipe at the center of the separator are further separated by a special casing structure at the inlet of the lifting pipe, two-stage separation is realized; a very small amount of particles enter the lifeline and are thrown to the pipe wall under the action of high-speed rotating airflow to form a rotating updraft, which returns to the separation bottom space through the annular gap on the exhaust pipe at the top of the separator and the outer circulation pipe to complete the three-stage separation.
